Website Accessibility

AC Repair Tucson is a free homeowner referral service, not an air conditioning company. Independent providers perform the work.

This page is for access to the website, not a claim that a contractor or referral phone route meets a particular standard. Independent providers handle any heating or cooling work. Tell the site operator about a barrier so it can understand the problem.

How do I report a problem using the website?

Send a description to contact@acrepairtucson.org. Name the page, the control or passage you could not use, and the device or reading method if you wish. Cloudflare Email Routing delivers it to a Gmail inbox the operator reads. That address also accepts rights and correction requests, but it does not place a central AC or furnace inquiry. No reply time is promised.

What is the 711 number for?

Under the federal relay definition, 711 is the abbreviated number for accessing relay services anywhere in the United States. A person using a TTY may use a relay service to request help placing a call. The referral number displayed on service pages is a separate phone route. We cannot promise that a relay connection to this route will complete or that an independent provider will answer. Dialing 711 does not contact this website directly.

Can I use another part of the site?

The home page explains the cooling referral, contact describes the phone process, and privacy explains data handling. If a link, reading order, or phone control is inaccessible, include the page address and what happened in your barrier message. Sending that message does not reserve a provider or create a service request.
